Acquisition of Vitomega Colostrum

December 7, 2023 – Matco Global Sourcing is pleased to announce the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Vitomega Colostrum. The transaction will be effective as of January 1st, 2024.

Vitomega is one of a limited number of companies in Europe active in collecting and processing excess colostrum, the “mother’s milk” produced by cows after giving birth to a calf. Colostrum contains high fractions of immunoglobulins, providing a wide range of health benefits to humans and animals.

Vitomega’s activities fit our focus on preventing unnecessary waste and ensuring that valuable natural ingredients remain available to humans and animals.
